Unglu-d will host this fun event in the beautiful village of Annagassan, County Louth. Our teacher and guide for the afternoon will be Katrina from the Gluten Free Patisserie.  Katrina will teach you how to use her mixes to make delicious gluten free savoury breads and how to adapt them to cater for additional allergies or dietary requirements.

You will get some great general hints and tips too on baking at home for yourself or for those who are Coeliac or Gluten Intolerant.

Afternoon tea will be served and there will be plenty of time to chat to other participants, Katrina and your hosts Unglu-d.
